These terms apply to sandiegopicks.com, a directory for comparing businesses and services around San Diego. The guide helps with research; it does not replace checking material details with the business before booking, buying or travelling.
Directory role
San Diego Picks provides information about businesses and does not itself provide the listed services or become a party to contracts between visitors and businesses.
Accuracy and decisions
Addresses, opening hours, services and availability can change. Verify material information directly. Ranking does not guarantee quality, availability or outcome.
Ranking and sponsorship
Ranking may consider relevance, specialism, location, rating and available information. Paid positions are labelled as sponsored and are not independent verification of advertising claims.
Claims and submissions
A person requesting control or changes to a listing must be authorised and provide accurate information. We may request evidence and reject unverifiable, misleading, unlawful or duplicate content.
Payments
Commercial purchases are processed by the provider shown at checkout. Product, duration, price and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Product-specific terms govern activation, renewals, cancellation and refunds.
Liability and rights
